  • Director of Development

    he Director of Development is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising initiatives and donor cultivation for OLPH School. This role includes overseeing all development activities, including special events, grant writing, managing donor relationships, and managing financial compliance. The Director of Development will also oversee funded special projects and ensure timely, efficient project execution, supporting the school’s mission and long-term growth.


    As a key team player, the Director of Development will collaborate with faculty, staff, and the broader school community to foster a spirit of cooperation and shared purpose. Living in Chattanooga, a vibrant city known for its strong sense of community and quality of life, the Director will find a welcoming home both within the school and the wider region, enhancing their ability to build strong relationships and further the school’s mission.
